How the Telephone Answering / Call Answering service works

FlexyCom uses the latest in CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) PBX systems coupled with it's custom built software solution to provide it's clients with the highest quality, most professional telephone answering / call answering solution bar none! 

  • Clients are allocated their own dedicate central Milan telephone number (02), which they can use as their main business telephone number or divert existing business lines to it.
  • All calls arriving at our PBX will be answered as specified by the client by one of our professionally trained operators.
  • The sophisticated soft-phone console application used by operators, downloads a complete set of records regarding the company which include Company Name, Address, Website, Opening Hours, Company Employee's and contact telephone numbers, even custom applications, documents and websites to be completed on the callers behalf,  by the operator, directly from Flexy's client database.
  • The soft-phone application checks the availability of each contact / employee within the company against their individual calendar and specified requirements (Transfer Call / Take A Message)   
  • If the required contact is available and wishes to have their calls transferred they will be called and informed who the caller is. If they are happy to talk to them the call will be put through.
  • If the contact is unavailable or does not wish to take the call the operator will take a message on screen which once complete will be dispatch to the contact instantly via Email, Fax, SMS or a combination of the three as required.
